All events related to concerts, art, exhibitions, popular customs, festivals, fine dining and sport are displayed with pictures, text, address, and Google maps and further links. Content is searchable by region, location, time period and category. Supports German, French, Italian and English.

Swiss Hike
Free iPhone App – Developed by Switzerland Tourism
"Swiss Hike" by Switzerland Tourism enables you to call up 32 hikes offline. Each hike comes with a general description, details of the climbs and descents, duration and difficulty, together with the relevant Swiss topographical map extract on a scale of 1:25,000. The iPhone application also features practical information on restaurants and places to stay en route. Bring your hiking boots!

SwissPeaks
Free iPhone App – Developed by ETH Zurich
SwissPeaks is a light-weight augmented reality application for the iPhone 3GS, which provides users with information about mountains in sight in Switzerland. It can be used to identify mountains outdoors when hiking, biking, climbing or skiing. Mountains seen through the iPhone camera get labeled with their name, height and the distance from the user. Further information for specific mountains can be requested from the web.
