Public transportation
ZVV tram

A ZVV card for Zones 10 and 21 is included in the conference registration package. This card is valid for local public transportation between the airport and the city centre, and within the city centre from July 17 – 20, 2013 inclusive.

Getting around town is easy with Zurich's public transportation network, the ZVV. ZVV offers frequent and reliable service throughout the city.

Their slogan "one ticket for all" means that you can ride all forms of public transportation within the city limits, including all buses, trams, ferry boats and cable cars, on a single fare.

Tickets can be purchased at tram and bus stops, ferry and water taxi terminals, in the main train station (HB) and at various kiosks around the city.

The ZVV uses the honour system, so be sure to validate your ticket before boarding to avoid fines.
